Dave leads the company’s strategic and operational functions. A creative at heart, he has a particular interest in digital strategy. He is also the author of DelCor’s IT Maturity Model for Associations and Nonprofits, which serves as a guide for helping organizations align technology initiatives with their strategic plans and business goals.
Brian leads DelCor's infrastructure strategy and support functions for our association and nonprofit clients. He is the mastermind behind DelCor’s private hosted solution (Cloud Connection), drawing on 20+ years of working directly with organizations to select, implement, and support network solutions that help them achieve organizational goals.
Rose is dedicated to creating meaningful connections with her clients and going above and beyond to provide them with creative solutions. Born and raised in the DMV, Rose currently lives in DC and when she's not taking a hundred photos of her black cat, she likes to visit flea markets, try out new restaraunts, or plan her next trip abroad.
Teach has been working in the non-profit and Association technology space for the better part of a decade after a brief career as an English professor. When not fixing IT infrastructure and guiding his clients towards good choices for their organizations, he spends his time trying to keep his cats off his keyboard and making walking sticks in his wood shop.
Nick is a customer-oriented technology professional who believes good IT consulting is centered around having good client relationships. When he’s not helping clients, Nick enjoys conquering virtual worlds on his self-built PC and spending quality time with his family, friends, and furry companions.
With more than 35 years of experience in the nonprofit, higher education, and association communities, Tobin has considerable knowledge of the administrative practices and IT processes of the nonprofit sector. An accomplished writer and public speaker, Tobin frequently presents at ASAE and other industry events.
Catherine’s background includes more than 25 years working for nonprofits, managing everything from membership to exhibit halls to sponsor relations. She’s constantly on the lookout for opportunities to improve processes and enjoys helping others to alleviate their workflow “pain points.” When she’s not supporting her clients, she can be found reading sci-fi, cooking with her fiancé, or enjoying the local music scene.
Olivia is a Consultant on the Managed Services Team with over ten years of experience in IT. She applies relevant skills from her vast career experience outside of IT to develop and maintain effective relationships through communication with people from various backgrounds. Olivia enjoys attending live sporting events and concerts. When she isn't cheering on one of her favorite teams or artists, Olivia enjoys hiking with her rescue dog or traveling somewhere she has never visited.
Chris provides leadership for infrastructure, cloud, and cyber-focused solutions to meet the needs of the 501(c) community. Over the last 20 years, he has been instrumental in selecting and implementing the foundational platforms and processes for DelCor’s Managed Services and Cloud Services. Chris views all technology solutions and decisions through a pragmatic lens because he draws from his early IT career experiences providing desktop support and network systems consulting.
Rod Fuller, former Army Sergeant, has 10+ years of experience in Information Technology starting from six years in the Army while working with radios, satcom devices, network stacks and running cable while in Afghanistan. Rod enjoys all sports (everything Tampa Bay/Florida except Florida State), and doesn’t mind getting into a debate about which is the best Batman.
Kelly has been working in the association space for more than 28 years in various roles involving technology. She's excited to combine her love for problem-solving and helping others with her knowledge and experience in associations to enhance the user experience by helping associations align their technology with their business goals, and hopefully make their lives easier in the process.
Jim partners with the association and non-profit community to help align all aspects of their technology with the mission and goals of the organization. Whether an organization is in need of an IT consulting or technology management services, Jim can help develop strategies to bring an organization’s mission to life through technology.
Jake is excited about helping all the DelCor clients to the best of his ability. He firmly believes that a great company adapts to the needs of its clients. Jake has had to change and adapt to life so much and appreciates the journey. He is a husband, stepdad, musician, writer, and cat-dad. Life is always presenting new things and he loves to learn.
With more than 30 years of experience in the association space and 25 years as a senior IT executive, Mike has a history of dynamic leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and team building. He is an experienced and effective leader who excels at planning and communicating technology initiatives that advance the strategic goals of the overall enterprise.
Tracie fell in love with marketing during her first college internship and has enjoyed a decades-long career driving marketing strategy and programs in agency, corporate, and association roles. Tracie hails from St. Louis, MO and also called Atlanta, NYC, and Virginia Beach "home" before putting down roots in Alexandria, VA with her husband and rescue mutts, Hudson and Penny.
Dan has 15 years of experience in the association community and more than 10 years as a senior IT leader. His areas of expertise range from process excellence to strategy development, and operational improvement to organizational development. He offers a valuable combination of business management and technology experience and expertise to DelCor clients.
Before joining DelCor, Susie accrued six years of experience in three different associations, and she is now a senior consultant focusing the enterprise side. Susie enjoys problem-solving as well as the interpersonal side of her work where she helps clients and vendors work together as efficiently as possible.
AJ is an accomplished break-fix and system manager and enjoys contributing to the exciting technological advances that happen every day at DelCor. AJ’s career started at Salesforce working as an intern and has since touched multiple technologies over the years. AJ provides exemplary technical support, customer service skills, and leadership skills.
Ann has been involved with web projects since the Web began connecting us to each other and information on the Internet. She's been working for and with associations for the last 15 years and loves connecting with people to help bring their technology and solutions into harmony with their organization's mission and goals.
Jeff has been working in IT since 2010, specializing in system administration, active directory, and macOS. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children, and cats and dogs who somehow all get along. Jeff loves all things Baltimore, whether it’s teams like the Ravens or the Orioles, or shows like The Wire. Jeff also likes to keep healthy as an avid CrossFitter.
Zach is from Omaha, Nebraska, and now lives in DC where he loves living in the city. In his free time, he volunteers at a local high school as a sports broadcasting mentor and enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it's hiking, biking, running, or picnicking with friends in a local park. He loves attending concerts at the many great venues in the area, reading the newest book from the local bookstore, Lost City Books, and finding the next best Trader Joe's meal to try at home.
Diane has directed IT for the non-profit and association community for over 25 years. Prior to her work at DelCor, Diane held leadership roles at the American Red Cross, BDM Federal, the US Navy and Recreation Management in Paris, France. She has a demonstrated track record of delivering business results by leveraging strategic thinking, process and technology, and by building and leading teams that provide exceptional support.
Austin currently leads DelCor's Talent function. For over a decade, he has been successfully building high-performing teams. A former professional athlete, Austin has first-hand knowledge of what it takes to be a contributing member of high-performing teams and even more on attracting and recruiting talent with the "it" factor necessary to create dream teams!
With over twenty years of IT experience, Adam has found joy in problem-solving in and out of the association sphere. His knack for fixing issues makes him right at home at DelCor’s IT service desk. In his spare time, he enjoys collecting vinyl records, reading both regular books and comic books, and eating sandwiches.
Allen Rose is a motivated, personable business professional with more than 21 years of experience as a Technology Consultant focused on client services. He inherently understands that the client is the single most valuable asset an organization can have, and is driven by the unrelenting pursuit of customer-driven focus, ideals and user experience.
Gretchen works with client staff members to identify business objectives and related needs when they are including technology as part of the solution. Together, they gain an understanding of how to connect business needs to technology resources. Her projects at DelCor range from technology leadership/CIO, assessing and selecting new technology management systems, and project management.
Cedric is originally from West Africa (Cameroon) and is married with two kids. He is bilingual in French and English, and a diehard Cowboys fan! Cedric enjoys watching sports and loves hiking. He currently lives in Arizona where 100-degree Fahrenheit is the norm and is happy to be part of the DelCor family!
Melanie has been working in IT for over a decade. After getting her degree in Information Systems, Melanie joined DelCor where she’s been helping clients achieve their goals as part of our IT Service Desk. When she’s out of the office, you can find Melanie outdoors kayaking and hiking, indoors baking and scrapbooking, or out traveling and finding new adventures.
After tutoring at a writing center and working as a technical writer, Cara joined DelCor as a proposal and marketing writer. Because of her experiences, she finds something to enjoy in all types of writing, but she particularly likes proofreading since she gets to put her knowledge of grammar to use. Outside of work, Cara spends her time playing video games, lifting, and hanging out with her dog, Maddie.
Marcus has over 20 years of experience in IT having spent his career working in both the public and private sectors. Marcus has five kids, two dogs (named “K” and “Boba”) and a Black Piranha—that’s right a piranha—named “Godzilla,” with whom he shares his passion for building gaming PCs, collecting Bonsai trees, and attending Comic Cons all over the world.
Keith is an accomplished network consultant with extensive experience managing server infrastructures and data center operations as well as cloud infrastructure across multiple platforms. With a focus on customer service ensuring clients needs are met through technology with an understanding that technology should work for the user and not have the user work for the technology.
Over his ten years in the nonprofit sphere and seventeen years in IT consulting, Corey found his love for helping people translates into quality customer service. In his work at DelCor’s IT service desk, his goal in every client interaction is to not only resolve their technical issue but also for the client to walk away feeling good. Corey is also an accomplished musician with a love for music of all genres, and he enjoys spending time with family and playing sports.
