Dedicated Support

Partners receive a dedicated consultant who provides general network support, data backup and restoration, internet connectivity monitoring and troubleshooting, end-user support and reporting, quarterly IT planning meetings, and more.

Network Management

We provide overall network monitoring, management, and administration, all with the goal of stopping issues before they impact your organization. Partners also have access to a best-in-class 24/7/365 IT Service Desk and a client portal with a real-time dashboard to view tickets, track issues, and review overall network health.

Security Foundation Suite

We combine best practices with specific hardware and software solutions to provide a fully managed security solution with multiple levels of protection, including multi-tiered virus and malware protection, spam filtering, system patching, and security awareness training.

SOC2 Type 1 Compliant

DelCor is SOC2 Type 1 Compliant, meaning that our systems and security practices meet rigorous industry standards for security, integrity, confidentiality, and privacy. This third-party audit underscores our focus on protecting client data.

Cyber Verify Type 2 Compliant
