Our interim CIO bolstered ACSM’s IT resources by hiring a new managed service provider, an Applications Manager, and a Senior IT Manager. 

 The CIO then formed two cross-departmental teams: one for assessing and prioritizing technology projects and one for overseeing the file drive migration to OneDrive and SharePoint Online.

To fix the lack of transparency surrounding the staff’s technology issues, we added a web-based helpdesk system.

We also transitioned remaining premise-based applications to cloud-based solutions and implemented training on iMIS, Informz, and Microsoft 365.
