President
Dave leads the company’s strategic and operational functions. A creative at heart, he is particularly interested in digital strategy. He is also the author of DelCor’s IT Maturity Model for Associations and Nonprofits, which serves as a guide for helping organizations align technology initiatives with their strategic plans and business goals.
Brian Sheehan
Executive Vice President
Brian leads DelCor’s infrastructure strategy and support functions for our association and nonprofit clients. He is the mastermind behind DelCor’s private hosted solution, Cloud Connection, and he draws on twenty-plus years of working directly with organizations to select, implement, and support network solutions that help them achieve organizational goals.
Chris Ecker
Chief Technology Officer
Chris leads DelCor’s infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions, focusing on building reliable, practical platforms that support mission‑driven organizations. His hands‑on background shapes a thoughtful, pragmatic approach to technology decisions and service delivery.
Kathleen McQuilkin, PMP
Chief Practice Officer
Kathleen leads DelCor’s service delivery teams with a focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all client engagements. She brings deep experience guiding complex technology initiatives and strengthening how services are delivered to support client success.
Tobin Conley, CAE
Vice President, Client Education
Tobin leads DelCor’s client education efforts while continuing to advise associations and nonprofits on technology strategy, planning, and readiness. He brings decades of experience helping organizations make informed tech decisions in support of overall goals.

He brings a collaborative, practical approach shaped by decades of experience working in and with associations, nonprofits, and mission‑driven organizations.
Gretchen Steenstra
Vice President, Client Strategy
Gretchen shapes DelCor’s client strategy, focusing on thoughtful alignment between organizational goals, priorities, and long‑term value. She is a founding member and former chair of Association Women Technology Champions and a trusted leader in the association technology community.
Loretta DeLuca was the founder of DelCor and our fearless leader and CEO for over 40 years. She had a passion for helping associations thrive through technology, and her legacy lives on in our values, our work, and the community she helped build.

A staff email account was compromised and sent a fraudulent email to a large list of our members and contacts. The team at DelCor immediately jumped on the issue and contained the threat while also providing expert guidance to our incident response team so they could communicate with impacted constituents.
