Alton has been predominantly self-taught in technical solutions and operations and worked his way up to minority partner and tech services lead for a tech sales organization. Alton has two sons and supports DMV youth through coaching sports and serving as a mentor and board member for The 13th Man, a leadership and mentoring organization.
