Policy and Procedures Development

While your organization can have the correct technology infrastructure, the critical tools it needs may become ineffective and compromised without enforced policies and procedures. At DelCor, we specialize in helping associations and nonprofits develop a supportive infrastructure, and an important aspect of this is creating effective policies and procedures surrounding its use.

We focus on the individual needs of each organization, as well as industry standards and best practices, to develop policies and procedures that will work for your organization and enhance its success. Issues we address include:

- IT security
- Mailbox limits
- Individual data limits
- Strong password security
- Telecommuting technical requirements and policies
- Best practices for IT infrastructure maintenance

Policies and procedures are only effective if they are enforced and adaptable to future needs. DelCor will create a set of policies and procedures - a “living document” allowing for continued development to accommodate both new technological advances as well as the growth of your organization.

All organizations need to have firm policies and procedures in place to augment the security of the IT infrastructure, minimize the liability of the organization, and ensure that best practices for infrastructure upkeep are maintained.

If you’d like DelCor to evaluate your current policies and procedures, feel free to connect with us.
