In terms of software applications, the AMS is generally the “master of the universe.” But the organization has other, mission critical systems – such as the Web site, content management, financial management, abstract management – not to mention third party services such as meeting registration, expo management, and fulfillment. How do all these pieces fit together? What comes first, the AMS or the content management system? Should you try to get an AMS that does “everything” for you or is “best of breed” the way to go? This session, limited to ten attendees, will paint a realistic picture of today’s multi-system environment and will analyze real-life scenarios that are obtained from attendees prior to the session.
