The challenge is about to begin, and you won’t win it unless you have a dedicated project management resource with the right combination of brains and brawn. This interactive session has been developed to help prevent your AMS implementation from spiraling downwards to a state of staff apathy, vendor resentment, loss of productivity and a general negative attitude towards your AMS.
